Home: a place where you feel welcome and at ease. Heritage: the values and knowledge you inherit from growing up. Even though some may want to escape, it stays with us—it stays with me.

I was inspired to work on this topic because I am a family-oriented person, and I am deeply interested in my ancestors and their stories. Although I might want to challenge the idealized view of Switzerland, when I think of home, I think of mountains and technical advances. These elements are part of my upbringing, my identity, and they also play an important role in my design process.
